Its been a couple of weeks since my last post. A decent enough start to September for my subscribers. Ascension was advised yesterday at 5/2, he won well in the 5.25 Ayr, he stayed on strongly to gain victory under Andrea Atzeni. I have not advised anything yet today. Chelmsford has a decent line up in the 1.30 race, a small field, but very competitive. If the 3 year old Animal Instinct manages to get loose on the front end, he may be hard to peg back. His rivals all tend to be ridden with a bit of patience, apart from Blown By Wind, who likes to race up with the pace, but tends to get left at the start a lot, so if he misses the start again he will be playing catch up again, and the lightly raced Animal Instinct could be hard to peg back.
In France at Fontainbleau 4.17, the race looks between the front two in the betting. Saqr is a shade of odds on, off the track since winning in June. If fit and ready to go, he may well get the job done in this, although it will not be easy as Axdavali has the best form on offer, Saqr will need to live up to his reputation to win here.
