Today’s racing at Plumpton, Southwell and Exeter is on soft/ heavy ground.  Although it is dry looking at Plumpton, when the ground is soft it is very hard work.  Just watching the first race, Mattie Bachelor is certainly earning his riding fee on outsider Awesome Rock !

Small fields for the races.  The Cull Bank is short odds to win at 2.50, it looks a good opportunity to get a hat trick of wins.

I will try and update later today with a possible horse worth an interest in one of the later races at Exeter.
