With heavy rain at Aintree yesterday, the ground was very testing and a lot of horses could not cope with it.  The Grand National will be very difficult for horses at the top of the handicap today, I think a lot of horses will really struggle to get round, regards having a bet in the race, its not a race I really have a decent bet in, a few small stake bets for a bit of fun, and that’ll not change this year.

I think this horse can win again today.  He will be fit and is well drawn.  Its his first try over 10f, but I don’t see it being a problem for this colt, he won last year over 7f on soft ground, but the all weather surface today should be fine for this son of Dubawi. Of rivals. Definition has had one run, he was fourth over 10f to a promising horse, with a horse rated 102 in second, that was a good run, he can be expected to improve and is a threat, his only problem is he is not well drawn and could be trapped out wide. West Wing is another that can be expected to improve on his first run, he ran ok on debut when 6th, hopefully Dream Warrior can make use of his experience and good draw and be to good for his rivals.
